Modern house just 10m from the beach at Averomar on northerly outskirts of Povoa de Varzim and about 5km from city centre and all facilities, including a casino. Quiet area with little traffic normally. Within 500m are a take away restaurant, bakery, butcher, cafe, newspaper shop with post-office desk, mini-market and bus stop. Tennis/squash and pool complex 1.5km and golf at Estela (8km) and Quinta Barca (17km ).
House is on street corner and built over 3 floors with balconies and roof terrace, so children will need supervision! To rear barbecue area and parking for one car.
On ground floor large dining room and on first kitchen with breakfast bar and sitting room opening to balcony with sea view. Kitchen is well-equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, gas/electric hob, oven, fridge/freezer and microwave. Bedrooms are all doubles, each with a shower room. Roof terrace has plenty of outside space and superb views.
Linen (except beach/pool towels) provided. Maid service weekly and weekly linen change. Preferred arrival Saturday 1600, depart 1000. Other days by arrangement. Minimum booking 5 nights, except 7 mid-June to mid-September.
