Immaculate property at Amorim with local shops etc about 6km north of Povoa de Varzim and all main facilities, including casino, tennis/squash and pool complex and golf at Estela (12km) and Quinta Barca (20km).
Surrounded by high walls and accessed by metal gates, it's all quite overwhelming at first sight. This very modern house is built over an older one and has virtually everything, from a den on the ground floor with bar, WC, various musical instruments, knick-knacks and kitchen, all of which should keep the boys occupied, if not quiet ...
Then from entrance hall up polished wood staircase to superior, stylish accommodation with lots of light. Large sitting room with TV , home entertainment systems. Door out to garden with good views, shaped pool, lawn, jacuzzi, covered eating area, shower, various terraces.
Inside there's a dining room with doors each end and corridor around so guests need not be disturbed during their meal. Then at one end of this floor are the bedrooms, all doubles, one is master ensuite with luxury hydromassage shower, second ensuite shower, and the other two sharing a bathroom, all with huge walk-in wardrobes, doors out to pool area and excellent presentation throughout including underfloor heating (included in rental).
At other end near dining room is striking kitchen with island hob unit, stainless steel fridge freezer, built in oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine. Doors to outside and covered breakfast area and lawned garden and even a small soccer pitch.
Linen (except beach/pool towels) provided. Maid service weekly and weekly linen change. Ample car parking space. Preferred arrival Saturday 1600, depart 1000. Other days by arrangement. Minimum booking 5 nights, except 7 mid-June to mid-September.
